  1. I’VE BEEN A HUGE FAN OF HOME WORKOUTS YOU NEED LOUD MUSIC AND SOMETIMES A TRAINING PARTNER. IF YOU DONT HAVE ONE… ADD A MOTION MASTER TO YOUR ROUTINE SO YOU CAN STAND FOR 30seconds THEN GROUND AND POUND AND MOVE FOR 30 seconds. TRY TO DO THIS FOR A 3 TO 5 MINUTE ROUND AND THEN YOU’LL FEEL WHAT A TRUE ROUND OF MMA WILL FEEL LIKE. ALSO, GET THE POWERWHEEL AND POWERCABLES FROM Lifelineusa.com, AND/OR THE TRX CABLES. THEN, SUPERSET THESE PIECES OF EQUIPTMENT INTO YOUR REGULAR AEROBIC/ANAEROBIC WORKOUT, AND SEE HOW QUICK AND HOW STRONG YOUR CORE STREGNTH WILL BECOME. I’M PREDICTING HUGE CHANGES IN 1 MONTH. THANKS ERIK

  2. Erik, i made my own trx cables, and got a cheaper version of the power wheel..got a partner and have noticed that today i could do 50 push ups non stop ,up from 30 somethin…lol. so change in less than three weeks. oh and Ajarn Chai says “Hello”

  3. Sensei Erik,
I was at the 2008 MMA camp. I may be down in Huntington Beach at the end of September. I would to be able to stop by and train at the school.
