I am a big guy, 6’4, 250lbs and I love the Hon Kesa Gatame position. Its one of my go to positions if my opponent likes using the far side underhook to escape side control. My question is, do you think its practical for a smaller guy to use the Hon Kesa Gatame against larger opponent? Most of my students are smaller than me and sometimes things that work for me just do not seem to work for them. Thank you for any feedback and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
