A few points from me would be from a young age, Rich constantly reinforced that maturity at a young age was the ability to listen. To learn from the mistakes of those who have gone before you. I’ve worked since I was 16 to become an instructor for Rich, I have made more mistakes than I can count but no matter what, I do my best to fall forward. I served 4 years navy, after getting out, I took over the west coast for a company, monitoring and managing cathodic protection projects on many classes of vessels. For the last year I have done nothing but eat sleep and breathe training for my lead level DT course. I have taken every opportunity to better my ability to help others develop themselves and I hope this is another tier of training I can become successful in.
