Erik Paulson's CSW Professional Coach Association & Online Training
Where were the guys from in Kentucky? That is where I live and would like to find them for training!!!
I was curious of the salutation and kneeling bow at the end. It seems very similar to my Shorin Ryu respects but I cannot make out the words said.
I love to see the respects payed.
That is something we have had to re institute as a group here because it changes participants mindsets even if its just slight.
First SEIZA attention…kneel
Second MAKSO meditate focus on your training and remember it..
Third double clap NAOTE comeback to your presence
Forth HAN JITSU NO KAKO OWITEMAS…DOMO ARIGATO ORITEMAS
Training is now through…Thank You Very Much
bow out shake hands , high five, or hug
Ok, at the end very similar to what we did. We did the kneeling bow and used the last part, Domo Arigato Oritemas.
where did you learn those adjustments Erik?
I learned all those nonspecific adjustments from years upon years of injuries and many many chiropractic visits. Those all have to be done lightly and nonforceful. When you are really injured, cunsult a real chiropractor or physician, please.
