  1. Hey guys, make sure and find the right enzymes after your training. Inflammatory ones taken by mouth directly after training before you take in food, this will keep the tissues healthy and help it to repair faster. A good detox routine should be followed as well, if you have never performed a detox on yourself, send me an email and I will help you with this….

    Just a wild guess here… This is GROUND AND POUND sparring and they’re practicing their striking while on the GROUND.
