This is a great stretch…I should’ve started yoga years ago…Guro Dan Inosanto once said, ” the key to longievity is through flexibility.” While I was younger and active training everyday and competing…I just shrugged this comment off because I was very flexible. Now that I’m in my forties and I’m the coach instead of the talent, I’m stiff as s#$&. I now understand and feel all of my past injuries, scar tissue, and arthritis. Take from me, stretching daily should be required as much as conditioning, drilling, sparring and nutrition. This will help you prevent injuries and definately alieviate future stiffness and pain. stretch guys !!!
i tried this stretch while nicely dehydrated..instant cramps…need electrolytes and water….but felt good a half sec before the muscle cramps
