I began my training with Sensei Erik Paulson in 2001. His unique methodology and wealth of knowledge inspired how I would pursue my training and teaching. I received the honor of CSW Coach Level 3 and continue being being a student under his guidance.   

In addition to Sensei Erik Paulson’s training, my 40 years of martial arts experience include a 4th Degree in Tae Kwon Do, Kru ranking under Master Toddy and Fairtex Muay Thai (Alex “F-14”  Gong). 

I also have trained in Filipino Martial Arts under Punong Guro Amante P. Mariñas, Sr. (Pananandata) since 1993 and I am currently the Director for the World Kali Association under Tuhon Apolo Ladra (iKALI –  Pekiti Tirsia Kali).
