    i have decent abs, even padded them some…next time you come to trident academy i will hopefully ask for the same demo…lol

    This was all in fun…these are great useful setups for the spinning backfist, spinhook kick, and of course the spinback liver exploding kick!
    extra padding helps absorb the impact!
