Get ready for an unbelievable amount of mitt drills!

The long awaited DVD series on Filipino Panantukan, Daniel Sullivan’s Dirty Boxing, is finally here!

4 DVDs packed with mitt drills geared for street application. Daniel Sullivan shows the street approach to MMA. Eye Gouges, Head Butts, Groin Kicks, Finger Jabs to the Eyes, and many more illegal moves are addressed.

Daniel shows where many of the “sports” movements really came from with this informative 4 DVD Set. He breaks down the drills in great detail in a friendly and methodical format so you can learn fast. He spends plenty of time explaining a drill, demonstrating, and then his students show the drill at full speed and power.

The format for the training is:

1. Learn the technique slowly.
2. Practice the technique with high repetition until comfortable with the movements.
3. Drill at full speed.

Each drill finishes with an all out Blitz to crank up your cardio to a new level.

A detailed outline of the drills and blitzes is included with each DVD. Insert the DVD into your computer’s dvd drive and you can open the pdf document and print it for your notebook and take it to the gym to remember the sequences.

Coach Level 2 (CSW Student 6 – 10): We finished filming Coach Level 2 this week and they look great! This will be the Student Level 6 – 10 set. Mastery of 6 – 10 material is one of the requirements to test for Coach Level 2. DVDs and more information available soon! We will also be offering a Student Level 1 – 10 set.
MMA Super Camp. We got some great footage at the MMA Super Camp. DVDs will be available soon, along with Clinch 5, and Muay Thai Basics.
Dan Sullivan’s Panantukan: Shooting is complete and you guys are gonna love these drills. Hundreds of variations. Lots of focus mitt work. Dirty Boxing mitt drills!

Day 4 began with an inspirational message from Coach Greg Nelson on keeping perspective. Next, Coach Erik Paulson took over and opened up an encyclopedia of submissions. Session two was pad, mitt, & shield drills. Everyone then moved on to putting what they have learned to the test with Live Go’s. Grappling sparring, Kickboxing Sparring, MMA Sparring. The day ended with another set of group cage matches and the cage/street melee. This was a wonderful camp with great energy and hard work. If you missed it, you owe it to yourself to attend next year. Until then, Train Hard, Train Smart!

Takedowns, Takedowns, and more Takedowns! Day 3 started off with the Merkaba meditation recharge and the throwing commenced. More takedowns than you can shake a stick at. Coaches Erik & Greg showed the finer points of dropping bodies to the floor. Session two was Savate, taught by Professor Nicolas Saignac. He showed how to spar with precision and rapid fire speed. There was a great teaching moment when two students were going at it hard and missing the finer points. He pulled them aside and explained how to safely work your game with precision, speed, and safety. There’s a time for a “Hard Go” and a “Technical Go”. This valuable lesson will be featured on the DVD. Last, but not least, the session ended with “Cage Fight Club”. Multiple one-on-one fights in the cage and then a Skins vs. Shirts melee, street style. Loads of fun and valuable information at CSW.

Another great day at CSW! Coach Erik Paulson started everyone off with the Merkaba meditation to reset everyone’s mind and energy. Then it was down to the ground they went. The students went through a full session of grappling technique and rolling. Coach Greg Nelson and coach Erik Paulson were on top of their game, as usual. Our guest instructor for session two was Guro Daniel Sullivan. Daniel showed some of his killer dirty boxing drills. The new 4 DVD set, Daniel Sullivan’s Dirty Boxing, will be available on www.erikpaulson.com in about a week. Erik finished the day with a group hands-on prayer for Christine, one of our miracle cancer survivors, and wrapped up the day. On to day 3 with Greg, Erik, and guest instructor, Nicolas Saignac (Savate).

Great start to the CSW Camp 2012! Coach Greg Nelson taught some slick boxing technique. Details Details Details. Guest instructor, Professor Roger Machado, showed some beautiful jiu-Jitsu. Everyone got a look at some serious secrets and it was a great session. Coach Erik Paulson wrapped up the day with a review of the Jiu-Jitsu techniques, a rejuvenating merkaba meditation, and Greg Nelson and Christine Fehrle Babcock shared their personal stories. Three more days of awesomeness to go!

DJ Erik Paulson keeping class going the night before the CSW Camp 2012. Class was packed tonight and the guys were working hard! Some of the attendees for the camp were mixing in and getting themselves ready for training this weekend. Shaping up to be yet another great time at CSW!
