   Hi guys… this was only one of the daily drills we do to amongst the 50 others… I got Randy after only 5 months of training having him now for 3 he has made milestone improvements doing all the stx and boxing drills. He was an olympic shotputter so he’s a super athlete, listens well and is always consistant with his training. He’s had 4 k1 kickboxing fights and is preparing for number 5. Now Ive stepped up his training full force with daily runs, sprints, bagwork, pads, trick development, boxing kickboxing and clinch sparring with my pro team Archangel.

   RANDY is turning into a monster…STX training 5 days a week. Now working on his relentless mental toughness, being mean and imposing his will and skills!!!

   Hello-
   well, i was right, Randy knocked his first opponant out. First time ever…going on to tko cabbage w/ leg kicks… then on to the K1 finals, to almost win the belt only losing due to exhaustion and a couple of hits. He almost won the grandprix … longer and stronger than anyone, except me, to visualize him to go!!!
   GREAT ACCOMPISHMENT MY BROTHER!!!
