CSW World Headquarters Price List

  • Fight practice is by invitation only. Fighters pay a $100 mat fee per month.
  • Unlimited classes: $150 per month.
  • Unlimited classes if you join with a friend: $130 per month.
  • Unlimited classes if you pay month to month: $170.
  • If you pay in full for the whole year: $125 per month.
  • Unlimited kickboxing classes or bag classes: $99 per month.
  • 1 – 2 classes per week: $130 per month.
  • 1 – 2 classes per week if you join with a friend: $110 per month.

CSW Levels

When it’s time to truly test yourself, we are proud to offer the world’s first and only mixed martial arts group exercise class. This class represents the culmination of everything we’ve learned and is the most complete and demanding class we’ve ever seen. Learn new skills and experience what if feels like to enter into the ultimate fighting challenge. Stepping into our unique bag/cage environment for the CSW Training Center requires complete physical and mental focus. Once you’ve tasted the self-confidence that comes at the  end of the toughest hour you’ve ever spent in a gym, we know you’ll be back for more.

MMA/STX

Combining Standing, Kickboxing, Clinch, Shoot Boxing, Shoot Wrestling, and Vale Tudo drills specially designed for fighting.

Submission Wrestling

A hybrid gi-less submission system combining strong accent to wrestling ties, takedowns and throws and strong accent to ground submission attacks based on situations drills and rolling.

STX Kickboxing

The STX-Kickboxing class improves endurance, strength, muscle tone, coordination and flexibility. It also builds lean muscle and burns fat. Kickboxing is one of the best cardiovascular workouts. You can burn up to 800 calories in a one hour class!! In addition to burning calories and fat, because you’ll be working on a bag, you also get resistance training in every class which will help you to tone up and have that chiseled physique. The explosive, upbeat cardiovascular workout emphasizes footwork, body mechanics, punching and kicking combinations and basic offensive and defensive techniques. It’s fun, challenging, and a great way to stay in shape and improve overall physical fitness. You’ll also learn some self-defense skills and increase your confidence.

Kids Grappling

Our Kids Martial Arts Program gives your child the opportunity to: • build self-esteem • develop confidence and • improve discipline while at the same time having fun. Through our program your child’s concentration, coordination and fitness level will also increase. What we offer is a martial arts program specifically designed for children ages 4 to 13. This program focuses on improving children’s listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confidence and enthusiasm. There are eight major skills our instructors focus on when training children ages four to six, those skills are: focus, teamwork, control, balance, memory, discipline, fitness and coordination. Each class we cover one of these skills with a wide variety of activities that are fun and at the same time educational. All skills are taught in a safe and supervised environment.

Kids Kickboxing

An exciting and entertaining activity that kids enjoy. A great way for children to get in shape and learn the foundations of a new sport.

Gi BJJ

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a cutting edge fighting art developed from traditional Jiu-Jitsu by the Gracie family of Brazil. Even though Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu contains standup techniques for winning a fight, it is famous for its devastating ground fighting techniques. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu was specifically developed to allow a smaller person defeat a larger person by sophisticated application of leverage and technique. Gaining superior position on your opponent and applying a myriad of chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations becomes the foundation for this fun martial art.

Kickboxing

The kickboxing classes on Tuesday and Thursday are NON CONTACT classes that are designed to introduce the student to basic combinations and defensive kickboxing moves, while at the same time giving the student an unbelievable cardio workout. The class consists of footwork, stretching, and pad and bag work. At the end of this class usually stretching and ab work are done to round out the workout. Expect to burn anywhere from 800-1000 calories in this class. There really is no workout that approaches this type of total body workout. Come try a free class and see for yourself!

Catch Wrestling

This class entails the Catch conditioning warm ups, takedown practice, standing submission and ground attack situations and submissions utilized to finish the fight.

Kali-Escrima

Kali, Escrima, Arnis and Silat are just a few of the many names used to describe the Filipino Martial Arts. The Filipino Martial Arts encompass an entire spectrum of weaponry and also feature sophisticated empty hands including boxing, trapping and grappling. Under constant siege by the Spanish, the Southern Philippines remained unconquered for nearly 400 years due to the efficiency of the deadly and combat-proven Filipino Martial Arts.
Unlike most martial art systems, the Filipino Martial Arts teach both weaponry and empty hands together because the principles are common to both and are inter-changeable. Armed or unarmed, the Kali-Escrima-Arnis student learns to relate to any situation using the same concepts of body angling, positioning and flowing. Depending on speed, footwork and skill rather than brute strength, the fluid and practical Filipino Martial Arts are one of the most comprehensive fighting systems known to man.
The Filipino Martial Arts (FMA) Program at CSW is based on the Inosanto Blend of Kali-Escrima-Silat as taught by Guru Dan Inosanto.
