Thanks a lot for your responce.

If I understand well I should fill out the pdf document and then e-mail it to Erik or sales officer at the CSW store. I cannot use my Card via PayPal because their checking system does not except Credit Cards issued from the contries that are not part of their list. Since I’m from Macedonia, there isn’t any way for me to use Pay Pal. I have had this same problem many times, as many online orders are processed via PayPal. At the end So, I can send my info in e-mail and then you can process the order manualy, if that is OK with you. There are so many great DVDs in CSW store, that we should work this out for the sake of future orders.

I would be very happy if I could order Marvin’s personal training dvds if there are any available, and to order them immediately. If he has some sort of “long distance” coaching dvds it would make me a hapiest man in the world if I could get them! Please inform me ASAP:)
I have spend so many years on wing chun, jkd, silat and other things, but since I have discovered MMA, all vent out of the window! A couple of years ago, I have started some boxing, but once I have seen Marvin I knew this is exactly what I have been looking for all this years!
One more thing: I have noticed that you use PayPal for orders, which does not works for my country, so is there any other way around this? For example, I can send you my CC data via e-mail.

I have the csw striking dvd that has a lot of his influence on them and alot of footage on them. I can talk to my webmaster to see if he can compile all of Marvin’s footage on it !? we’ll see if not maybe you can order a personal training dvd w Marvin coaching ! either way let me know!

I have watched a couple of clips anI really like what I see:)
I’m esspecially interested in coach Marvin Cook style and teachings.
Do you have any plans to realease some boxing materials exclusively authored by him? Sort like your Essential series but dedicated to the Stand up game in its enirety as taught by Mr Cook? Thanks. Best od luck. Dimo

I wrote in russian lanquage, therefore ??? appear. In shot: I very like CSW because it is wrestling in clear version. Me 42 and my experience of fighting about 20 years: box, sambo, cinna, knife combat. Nou, half- year we with freand learn CSW. Our specialisation- selfdefens.

This is Mark I. How are you doing? Me I am just fine. Its been a long time since Ive visited your website , & now I see that you have whole new one set up. Much broader than the other one you’ve had previously , but I love it. Ive seen some of clips on the classes that are taught and they’re great. I wish I was there to participate. I hope to in the near future. I am still with the jujitsu certification which going well for me as well as my personal training. I dont know what you are doing in December of this yr , but my instructor Michael DePasquale Jr will be hosting the 2010 MARTIAL ARTS UNIVERSITY for the ( INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION OF JUJITSUANS ) in Suffern NY at the Suffern Inn hotel. The dates are December 3 – 5 2010. Just thought that I would mention that to you. You can pass this info along to your students. Its for everybody. I mentioned it to Greg Nelson too. I hope to see you there. Hope all is well , & keep in touch.
